Work with government leaders and end-users to understand current state business processes, develop future state processes with next generation systems/applications, delivery training, risk management, and successfully support end-user adoption

Advise our clients on internal controls matters

Responsible for requirements gathering, process design, documentation and support

Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Assist in proposal development, as requested

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Consulting experience in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial management policies and procedures, financial system integrations, etc.

4+ years of experience with A-123, SOX, FIAR, GAGAS and/ or similar guidance

4+ years of finance transformation, process improvement, or reconciliation experience

4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology/Systems, Business, Finance or another Business-related field

Travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA, CIA

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
